By using Nico IVRs services, you agree to the following terms.
SERVICES
Nico IVR provides automated phone answering and appointment booking services for mobile service businesses. Services are provided to business clients on a month-to-month basis.
SMS COMMUNICATIONS
Customers who call our clients' booking lines and request a confirmation message consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to their appointment. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY
While we strive for 24/7 uptime, Nico does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed bookings due to technical issues beyond our control.
CANCELLATIONS
Customers may cancel appointments by replying CANCEL to their confirmation text. Business clients may cancel their service subscription at any time with no penalty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
